NVLF is dedicated to collaborating with universities to provide enhanced resources that support military-connected students in successfully transitioning from campus to their chosen careers. With National Partners and Oplign Inc., NVLF has developed Service Gradlign, a tool that helps military-connected student job seekers explore over a million job opportunities, aligning them with positions that match their skills—all at no cost.

NVLF will continue introducing additional programs, guided by the feedback and advice of the universities we serve.

Corporate Alliance

NVLF developed the Corporate Alliance to bring together leading veteran-inclusive companies to advise our National Alliance members and affiliated institutions on the needs of employers looking to hire military-connected students.  The NVLF is appreciative of the many hours donated by the staff of these companies in support of our student leaders.

Career Pathways Programs

Career Pathways programs are designed to help military-connected students succeed in high-demand fields like Entrepreneurship, Health and Wellness, and STEM. These programs offer leadership development, mentorship, networking, and targeted career planning to support students’ journeys from college to meaningful careers.

Public Service Alliance

Comprised of leadership from top public policy and affairs schools, this Alliance seeks to make it easier for veterans and other military-connected students to continue their lives of service by working in the public and nonprofit sectors.
