Pathway in
STEM
The NVLF’s STEM Pathway Initiative supports military-connected students in transitioning into impactful careers in science and technology while enriching their campus communities.
Through the program, STEM Advocates step into leadership roles within STEM-related campus departments, gaining hands-on experience and building skills essential for success in fields like engineering, computer science, and data science.
Collaborations with institutions and industry partners provide students with career preparation, advanced training, and access to a wide range of opportunities across the STEM landscape.
By offering leadership development, mentorship, and networking opportunities, this initiative empowers military-connected students to excel in STEM careers with confidence and a competitive edge.
